Pc Games Indie Game Role Playing GameBelgian solodeveloper DascuMaru is excited to announce the upcoming release of his retro-inspired horror game, The Tower on the Borderland. The game, which draws inspiration from classic PlayStation horror games, challenges players to explore, survive, and escape from a menacing tower filled with ghouls and monsters. The Tower on the Borderland is set to be released on Steam on May 20th, 2024, and will be priced at $15.99, with a 10% launch discount.
In The Tower on the Borderland, players take on the role of Erin, a special ops soldier trapped in a nightmarish tower. As they ascend and descend through the labyrinthine structure, they must confront their fears and avoid grotesque insects, ghouls, and their former demonic squad mates. Meanwhile, a mysterious stranger with a personal quest towards the Tower may hold the key to Erin's survival.
The game's atmospheric horror experience is reminiscent of classic PlayStation horror games, with a hauntingly eerie setting and a crackling radio as the only source of comfort. Interested press, streamers, and content creators can request a Steam review code.
