Indie developer My Little Studio is set to release its platformer game, Beyond The Darkness, on Steam on November 14. The game follows a young girl named Millie on her quest to find her parents and brother in a world filled with mystery, danger, and the supernatural. Once a cozy home, Millie's house has now turned into a terrifying lair of monsters, and players must help her escape this nightmare world, keep her lamp alive, solve puzzles, and master new mechanics to survive.

Millie's only weapon is her lamp, which guides her through horrors and nightmares. As she progresses, she'll unlock new abilities to outwit enemies, open doors, and even charge helpful silhouettes to assist her along the way. Players will face a range of enemies, each requiring a different strategy, from those that can be taken down with the lamp to those that are too dangerous to face head-on.

To uncover Millie's past, players must explore the environment thoroughly and interact with various objects. The game's release will take place on November 14 on Steam, and a free demo is currently available for players to immerse themselves in this dark fairytale.

My Little Studio is an indie studio founded in 2020 by four passionate game developers. Beyond The Darkness is their debut project, born from a prototype horror game they created back in 2017.
