Epic Soundtrack of ARK: The Animated Series Now Available, Featuring Star-Studded Cast and Gareth Coker's Sweeping Score

The animated adaptation of the popular video game ARK: Survival Evolved, titled ARK: THE ANIMATED SERIES, is now streaming on Paramount+ in the US and Canada, and will be available internationally beginning April 19. The series features a star-studded voice cast including Michelle Yeoh, Russell Crowe, Gerard Butler, David Tennant, Jeffrey Wright, Elliot Page, and Vin Diesel. The soundtrack for the series, Volume 1, has been released today by Lakeshore Records, featuring an original score by two-time Ivor Novello Award-winner Gareth Coker. Coker has also composed all the music for the game ARK: Survival Ascended. The score was recorded with an orchestra of up to 80 of London’s finest session musicians at Abbey Road Studio One. ARK: THE ANIMATED SERIES follows 21st century paleontologist Helena Walker, who finds herself resurrected on a mysterious primeval island populated by prehistoric beasts and must learn to survive with new allies from throughout time. Gareth Coker’s score for the series features themes and melodies that add to the action and drama of the show, while also showcasing a more intimate side. The soundtrack is now available for purchase and streaming.
