EMERGENCY Game Update: New Industrial Port, Seasonal Ranking, & Upgrades

Sixteen Tons Entertainment, a developer studio from the Phoenix Games portfolio, has announced an extensive update for EMERGENCY, the latest game in the popular real-time strategy series focused on firefighting, paramedics, police, and technical departments. The update will include a new area of operation, more rescue missions, upgrade options, and a seasonal ranking system.

The new area of operation, the industrial port, will offer players a challenging environment with container yards, administration offices, docks, industrial areas, a cruise liner pier, and a modern train station. This new setting will come with 80 new rescue missions, many of which have been specifically designed for the technical department.

EMERGENCY's Seasonal Ranking System will allow players to earn the premium currency EMeralds in the free-to-play title. Each season lasts three months, and the top ten players with the most points will be rewarded.

The update will also introduce over 20 new upgrade cards to enhance emergency units and complete card collections. Players will have access to new upgrade cards that provide additional engineers for fire trucks, paramedics for ambulances, and a new grenade to stun criminals. Vehicle upgrades will also be available, with the popular Life-Line skins now available for all vehicles.

EMERGENCY is already available on Windows PCs and has attracted hundreds of thousands of players. With the new update, the game will also be available on Mac.

The new content will be released as a free update this month. More information about EMERGENCY can be found on the developer's website, Discord, and Steam.
