Gameforge, a prominent developer and publisher of free online games, has announced a significant update for the popular anime side-scroller RPG, Elsword. The "Serpentium" expansion, launching on March 12, 2025, takes players into the Demon World, revealing a new region with treacherous landscapes, powerful enemies, and exciting battles. This update expands the game world and deepens players' understanding of Elsword's lore.

The Serpentium region consists of three new dungeons: Mirage City, Robofoundry, and Madame Corae’s Garden. Each dungeon presents unique challenges and enemies. To access Serpentium, players must complete the Epic Quest: Enter Serpentium and reach Basteel Base.

The climax of the journey is the Serpentium Tower, inhabited by mighty demons. Starting March 26, 2025, players can participate in Serpentium raids, which offer weekly rewards for successful completion.

The update introduces a new armor set, Exascale armor, obtainable through epic quests or crafting. New systems allow players to enhance their Exascale armor through reforging, overclocking, and circuit customization. The Serpentium update also includes bug fixes and performance improvements.

Elsword is available for free on Windows PC via Steam and the official website. For more information, follow the game on Instagram, Discord, and Facebook.

Elsword is a free-to-play MMORPG developed by KOG Studios and published in Europe by Gameforge.
