KOEI TECMO America and developer Omega Force are working together to create DYNASTY WARRIORS: ORIGINS, a new game in the musou series, set to release in 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC via Steam. The game promises to deliver intense 1 vs. 1,000 action, with massive armies on the battlefield for a more thrilling warfare experience than ever before.

The game's storyline will be presented through the perspective of a "nameless hero" and will showcase the historical tale of war during the Three Kingdoms period in China. Players will need to act fast and coordinate with allied armies to deploy battle tactics in real time while fighting through waves of soldiers.
