DROSS Demo 0.7.5 Now Live: Survive Alien Bugs in a Procedural FPS Roguelike

Team Derelict has recently announced that DROSS Demo 0.7.5 is now available on Steam. DROSS is a first-person shooter roguelike game set in a deserted facility overrun by alien bugs. Players must navigate through a procedurally generated world, acquire powerful weapons and equipment, and enhance their gear to survive. The objective is to fight the Dross, discover the source of the infestation, and uncover the secrets of the mysterious facility.

In DROSS, players find themselves stranded on a barren planet, with the only sign of civilization being a lone outpost in the distance. As they make their way to the outpost, they realize that they are not alone, and the Dross are present with them. The game offers immersive combat, deep customization, and roguelike procedural generation, ensuring that no two runs are the same.

Players can upgrade their suit, weapons, and tools to fit their preferred playstyle. The game also offers a rich story, with players uncovering the truth behind the facility, their presence on the planet, and the origin of the Dross. To assist players in their journey, Vanth, a trusty companion, is present.
