Covyne Entertainment, an indie game studio based in Melbourne, Australia, has announced that their card-based strategy RPG, Dolven, will be coming to Steam. The game features a deep card-based battle system and a dark fantasy world filled with mystery and evil.

In Dolven, players guide a band of mercenaries through the Decaying Isles to rid the land of the recent evil that has been plaguing it. The game's unique Pillars system allows for a variety of combos to earn mana and gain an advantage over enemies. The card battles include hand-to-hand combat, where the cards provide characters with additional skills.

Players can choose from six different classes for their characters, each with its own unique set of skills and abilities. The game features a grid-based combat system, and strategic planning is crucial to victory. The band of mercenaries is on a quest to rid the world of evil and preserve life, and they delve into the dungeons of the Decaying Isle to save a girl and determine the cause of the recent terrors.

Dolven does not have a set release window yet, but the developers are dedicated to fleshing out the world of Dolven when it launches on Steam. Players can follow the game's development on Twitter and Instagram, and chat with the developers by joining the Discord.

Covyne Entertainment is committed to creating unique, immersive, and unforgettable experiences that captivate players worldwide. The IndiEXP, a small marketing and PR agency based in Australia, is looking to market and promote hidden gems made by talented independent game developers.
