Indie game developer YAMADA is releasing the AI interrogation game, “Doki Doki AI Interrogation” on Steam on May 25th, 2024. The game features real-time dialogue generation using ChatGPT, offering an immersive and unique gaming experience. After its initial launch in March 2023, the game was pulled due to overwhelming demand, but has now returned with improved graphics, a hard mode, and localization in 12 languages.

In “Doki Doki AI Interrogation,” players take on the role of a police officer interrogating a suspect AI in a murder case. The game's dialogue is driven by the player's choices, with the AI's responses generated by ChatGPT. The AI has an emotional circuit that causes its heart rate to increase under pressure, eventually leading to a confession.
