Indie Game Pc Games Mobile Gaming Early Access Action Game Role Playing Game Strategy Virtual Reality Gaming Sony Playstation Microsoft Xbox Nintendo SwitchThe DevGAMM Awards, a prestigious competition recognizing excellence in game development, is set to take place at DevGAMM Lisbon 2024 on November 15. Supported by Scorewarrior, the awards offer a prize pool of $100,000 and aim to foster a sense of community and inspire future game creators. Game industry professionals will evaluate projects through an automated judging system to determine the winners in 10 nomination categories, including the Grand Prize, Excellence in Game Design, Excellence in Visual Art, Excellence in Audio, Excellence in Narrative, Most Anticipated Game, Best Mobile Game, Best Game from Portugal, Developers Choice, and Community Vote. Additional sponsor nominations will highlight hidden gems of the industry. The competition is open to indie developers and small studios with up to 50 people, and the deadline for submissions is September 30, 2024. DevGAMM is an international game development conference that has been running since 2008 and is now a US-registered company with a fully remote team.
