Pc Games Indie Game Early Access Action Game Free To Play

Advanced Faffery, a game development company formed by Nate Simpson and Dan Goes, has released a playable demo for their first game, Mailstrom. Mailstrom is a four-player co-op FPS set in a future where interdimensional rifts have unleashed alien monsters in cities, and it is up to the Pan Galactic Postal Service to deliver parcels. The game is set to release on Steam Early Access for PC this summer.

In Mailstrom, players take on the role of interstellar letter carriers, delivering parcels in overrun cities while fighting off alien monsters. The game features a single-player and multiplayer co-op campaign, with the goal of earning money to buy new items and weapons. The game's maps and parcels are different on every delivery run, providing a unique experience each time.

Nate Simpson, co-founder of Advanced Faffery, expressed his excitement for fans of the genre to experience their "weird twist" on the genre. Simpson has over 30 years of game development experience, having worked on games such as KSP2, Starfleet Command 2, Supreme Commander 2, and Demigod. Dan Goes, co-founder of Advanced Faffery, brings his technical knowledge from his time at Intercept Games, Blue Origin, and the Gates Foundation.

Advanced Faffery aims to create original, irreverent games with a high level of development transparency and community engagement. Mailstrom is their first game, and they hope to continue creating unique and exciting games in the future.
