HeroCraft PC has announced the full release of its rogue-souls-like deck-builder game, Deck of Souls, now available on Steam with a 20% launch discount. The 1.0 version includes all planned content, quality-of-life improvements, pixel art, new enemies, quests, and over 160 items.

Deck of Souls combines roguelike deck-builders and souls-like RPGs, taking players through a shattered kingdom amidst a celestial war between angels and demons. Gather the souls of defeated enemies to transform them into cards or upgrades for gear, maximize stats, and acquire permanent buffs and debuffs. Master dodge mechanics to avoid attacks and progress through the game's biomes, including the newly added Hell biome.

The game features a climactic finale in Chapter 5, an ultimate boss fight against Satan, and five challenging sub-bosses. Developed by Bigboot Studios, Deck of Souls is led by Dante Andriano, a disabled solo developer from Argentina born without hands due to a birth defect. Andriano has previously developed Halftime Heroes, which won the People's Choice Award at Argentina's Video Game Expo (EVA).
