SWAIN GAMES, an independent game developer and publisher, has announced July 12th, 2024, as the Early Access release date for DEATHWATCHERS, the sequel to the popular horror game DEATHWATCH. DEATHWATCHERS is a 4-player online co-op game that brings a new twist to the horror genre as a 'spot-the-difference' game. Players must find and log paranormal events, perform banishing rituals, and avoid aggravating any dangerous entities in the chosen location.

The game offers two modes: DEATHWATCHERS and CLASSIC. DEATHWATCHERS mode features new environments and locations, while CLASSIC mode allows players to enjoy the new gameplay in the original DEATHWATCH game's settings. DEATHWATCHERS boasts dynamic levels and random events, ensuring a unique experience with each playthrough. The game also features a strong emphasis on atmosphere, with audio and visual cues creating tension and anticipation.

Players can choose to play in single-player mode or with up to 4 players online. They can buy and set up equipment, log events, observe cameras, and set up lighting to document their findings. Streaming the investigations to viewers can also earn players digital cash. DEATHWATCHERS includes 17 different event types, 3 playable levels, 15 types of equipment, and various aggressive and non-aggressive entities.

DEATHWATCHERS promises to deliver thrills and chills to players and is now available for wishlisting on STEAM™. The Early Access version includes a variety of features and content, with more to be added in the future.
