Crashlands 2, the sequel to the popular crafting RPG game Crashlands, is set to launch on PC via Steam and the Netflix mobile app in Q1 2025. The game features an open world set on the planet Woanope, where players can craft weapons, battle aliens, and complete various quests. However, the latest trailer highlights the more relaxed and wholesome aspects of the game.

Players can build and decorate their own homes, create a hangout spot for their new alien friends, and nurture and train pets found on Woanope. The game also features various modes, including Chill, Adventure, and Challenge, allowing players to customize their gameplay experience.

Crashlands 2 features a variety of characters with unique personalities and backstories, such as the gruff but well-intentioned Graal and the kind-but-lost Oowee. Players can form friendships with these characters and work together to keep Woanope safe.

The game also includes various combat styles, from avoidant to high-skilled and fast, to down-right spooky, where players can send their pain into the Void to exact future vengeance.

Butterscotch Shenanigans, the developer of Crashlands 2, is an award-winning family-run indie developer based in Saint Louis, Missouri. They have previously released popular games such as Quadropus Rampage, Flop Rocket, and Crashlands, which have garnered nearly 5 million, 1.5 million, and 1.2 million downloads, respectively.

Overall, Crashlands 2 offers a unique blend of action, adventure, and relaxation, allowing players to build, explore, and form friendships in the beautifully handcrafted world of Woanope.
