Chrono Sword is a pixel art Souls-like action RPG developed by Korean indie team 21c.Ducks, set in the dark gothic fantasy world of Adelnor. Players travel between the past and future to uncover its secrets. The game was first revealed in 2019 and gained significant interest for its unique pixel graphics and gameplay. It was selected as the first game in a collaboration campaign by Kickstarter and Game Round.Inc in 2020, raising over $70,000 to successfully reach its funding goal.

Chrono Sword offers a fresh take on the Souls-like genre, using pixel art and a quarter-view perspective. The game's storyline and action/RPG elements have been refined since its initial announcement. A demo version will be showcased at the Tokyo Game Show 2024, featuring improved Souls-like gameplay.

The new demo build is significantly different from previous versions, and the game's key art has also been updated, featuring two playable characters – a male and a female – on a mission to save their world from destruction. This new key art will be displayed as a large poster at the Happinet booth during the Tokyo Game Show 2024.

CFK, the game's publisher, is creating a subreddit for Chrono Sword to facilitate communication with fans worldwide. The subreddit will serve as a hub for community activities and a platform for exchanging opinions about the game. The official announcement teaser and Steam page are now available for viewers to explore.
