Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone is a post-apocalyptic action RPG set in the real-life Chornobyl Exclusion Zone. The game follows Cole Grey, a former military and security guard who joins the "Planewalker" initiative to obtain Chernobylite, a valuable substance that has enabled a leap in civilization but has also led to massive unemployment and financial struggles for people like Cole. The initiative involves traveling to parallel worlds and using any means necessary to obtain Chernobylite, including losing a part of one's humanity. Cole becomes trapped in the Zone and must navigate its dangers, including the Black Stalker, the Zone's dark guide and ruler.

The game features a large and realistic open world, switchable first-person and third-person camera modes, character development, diverse combat, team building, base development, factions, cooperative missions, and online play. Chernobylite 2 has reached 170% funding on Kickstarter and will be released on Steam in Early Access on March 6th. The game is being developed by The Farm 51, a game development company established in 2005 that has finished many projects and is a licensed developer for Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo Switch. The Farm 51's most famous projects include Get Even, World War 3, Chernobyl VR Project, Chernobylite, and Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone.
