Spitfire Interactive and Daedalic Entertainment have released a new free update for their turn-based superhero tactics game, Capes. The update introduces new unique missions that provide combat challenges for all players, regardless of experience. Each mission is designed to escalate and unleash an additional layer of challenge if certain combat criteria are met through expert play.

Capes is a turn-based superhero strategy game where XCOM fans will feel at home. Players can level up heroes and combine their powers to access devastating team-up attacks in strategically challenging missions. Spitfire Interactive is an Australian development studio founded by former team members of Defiant Development, who made the critically acclaimed Hand of Fate (2015). The team includes writer Morgan Jaffit, who helped break the original superhero curse working on Freedom Force (2009) and helped to direct the cult hit Hand of Fate (2015).
