Capcom Unveals PRAGMATA and More at Gamescom 2025: Hands-On Demos, Live Streams, and Exclusive Merch

Capcom, a prominent video game developer and publisher, has announced its line-up for Gamescom 2025, which will take place in Cologne in August. The publisher will offer playable demos for its much-anticipated titles Resident Evil Requiem, Onimusha: Way of the Sword, and PRAGMATA, among others. The Capcom show floor will feature over 85 playable demo stations and will also include a cinema experience and live-streamed programs.

Resident Evil Requiem, the ninth title in the main Resident Evil series, is a survival horror game that promises to deliver heart-stopping tension and exhilarating gameplay. It will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam in 2026.

Onimusha: Way of the Sword is a single-player action game set in early Edo period Kyoto, where the city has been infested by demons. Players will control a lone samurai armed with the Oni Gauntlet as they engage in fierce battles against these creatures. The game will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam in 2026.

PRAGMATA is a single-player adventure game set in a vision of the near future, where players will control two characters simultaneously as they try to return to Earth from the moon. The game will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam in 2026.

Capcom will also offer Nintendo Switch 2 versions of Street Fighter 6 and Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, which were released alongside the console's launch earlier this year. The publisher will also provide live streams and daily shows for German-speaking audiences, produced and presented by Rocket Beans TV. Fans can watch the live streams via Capcom's Twitch and YouTube channels.
