The game Broken Arrow, developed by Steel Balalaika and published by Slitherine, was launched last week in London with immense success. The game has sold hundreds of thousands of copies, and the number of simultaneous players has stayed above 10,000 since its launch. The Director of Publishing, Marco Alessandro Minoli, acknowledged the community's positive response and stated that they are just getting started.

The developers have been actively monitoring player feedback and addressing the most immediate issues. Some of the concerns raised by the players include the lack of a save game feature in single-player mode, people leaving mid-game in multiplayer, the need for improvement in the anti-cheat system, and connectivity issues. The developers have already started working on Skirmish mode, localizations, and multiplayer stability.

Update 1.08 is expected to be released the week of 7th July, and it will contain improvements to stability, both offline and online, fixes for memory consumption issues, reconnect fixes, an update to the anti-cheat system, the option to choose between small or large map layouts for custom matches and skirmish, and the return of the tower defence mode that was present during the beta.

The developers plan to continue working on fixing major issues and improving the game software. They aim to introduce a time-out system that penalizes players who leave during a multiplayer match and a Surrender option. The studio has stated that they are committed to fighting cheaters and improving the anti-cheat system. They are also investigating options to implement a save game feature in single-player mode.

Steel Balalaika and Slitherine have plans to expand the game with new factions and DLC, ensuring continued support and development for years to come. Players facing technical problems can find a list of solutions on the game's website.
