Brilliantcrypto Launches NFT Gemstone Fund, Backed by PrivateBANK

Brilliantcrypto, Inc., a Tokyo-based blockchain gaming company, has announced the establishment of "Digital Gemstone Fund No. 1," which will specialize in investing in non-fungible token (NFT) gemstones generated by Brilliantcrypto's upcoming game. The fund has received approval from PrivateBANK, a leading financial services provider for ultra-high-net-worth individuals in Japan, who will participate as limited partners (LPs). The fund aims to invest in the gemstones during the early stages of the game, with a maximum size of $1 million, and plans to hold its operations for three years.

Brilliantcrypto's NFT gemstones are expected to have utility in multiple digital metaverse worlds in the future. The company's parent company, Colopl, Inc., along with PrivateBANK and other investors, will participate in the fund as LPs. Takayuki Sato, CEO of PrivateBANK, expressed his excitement about the potential of blockchain technology and its ability to change the game for assets.

Brilliantcrypto, Inc. was founded in November 2022 as a subsidiary of Colopl, Inc. to explore the possibilities of blockchain gaming. The company aims to create games that utilize blockchain technology to provide new value to a global audience.

The formation of the Digital Gemstone Fund No. 1 represents a significant development in the NFT and blockchain gaming space, as it demonstrates the growing interest and acceptance of NFTs and blockchain technology among traditional financial institutions. The fund's focus on investing in NFT gemstones generated by Brilliantcrypto's game also highlights the potential of NFTs as a new asset class with utility in the digital metaverse worlds.
