Bitzooma Game Studio, an independent game developer based in the UK, has recently released four gameplay trailers for their upcoming colony simulation game, Border Base. The game, set in a fictional 1960s universe, combines colony sim, base-building, and tactical defense mechanics, challenging players to rebuild a war-torn region, establish a military outpost, and control vital trade routes.

The four trailers highlight various key systems in Border Base:

1. Core Gameplay Overview - showcasing the full cycle of gathering, building, and defending.
2. Resource Management - focusing on three primary resource collection methods: harvesting, mining, and convoys.
3. Food & Energy Systems - demonstrating how player decisions impact soldier stamina, farming, cooking, and survival.
4. Recruitment & Expansion - illustrating base growth through HQ proposals every three cycles.

These trailers represent an early alpha build of the game, with many features still in development. Border Base is expected to enter Early Access in 2025, with a playable demo available during Steam Next Fest. A Kickstarter campaign will also launch on June 9, allowing fans to support development and receive early rewards.

Bitzooma Game Studio is best known for the mobile simulation title Black Border, which has garnered over 2 million players worldwide.
