NetEase Games and 24 Entertainment's Lin’an Studio have announced Blood Message, a single-player, linear story-driven action-adventure game for PC and consoles. Powered by Unreal 5 Engine, Blood Message is NetEase Games' first AAA single-player title, combining brutal survival combat with profound Eastern storytelling.

Set during the final years of the Tang Dynasty, Blood Message follows a father and son on a perilous 3,000-li (around 1,000 miles) journey to deliver a message that holds the fate of their war-torn homeland. Players will traverse diverse terrains of East and Central Asia, including desolate deserts and the vast wilderness, to survive brutal sieges, unforgiving terrain, and overwhelming odds.

Blood Message offers narrative-driven gameplay, visceral combat, and emotional storytelling. The game explores themes of family, honor, sacrifice, and cultural identity, inviting players to step into the shoes of unsung heroes driven by extraordinary resolve.
