Backerkit Campaign Launched for Dark Carnival RPG: Festival of the Forgotten

Role Playing Game Indie GameStorytellers Forge, a Chicago-based RPG publisher, has launched a Backerkit campaign for their newest setting, "Festival of the Forgotten: Revelations of the Dark Carnival." The campaign reached over $10,000 USD in the first 30 minutes and offers a comprehensive adventure and player supplement for D&D 5E 2024.
"Festival of the Forgotten" is a 200+ page book, featuring a complete adventure, a guide on creating evil characters, 13 new subclasses, and more. The campaign is designed to integrate into existing worlds or serve as a standalone adventure, challenging players to confront their values and morals.
The book includes new warlock pacts, invocations, carnival games, NPCs, creatures, and magical items. It also offers dynamic encounter design for both Theater of the Mind and Grid Style play, accompanied by a soundtrack by V is for Villains. Notable contributors include Rick Heinz (The Red Opera, The Black Ballad) and Michael Angelo, known for The Dark Carnival, Of Pacts & Patrons, and his cosplay TikTok content.
