Aerosoft Launches Immersive Truck & Bus Wheel System for Sim Enthusiasts

Aerosoft, a leading provider of simulation software and hardware, has announced the launch of its new product, the Aerosoft Truck & Bus Wheel System. This system is designed specifically for truck and bus driving simulators and aims to deliver an authentic and immersive driving experience. The system includes a 40 cm diameter steering wheel with 1080° rotation, a gear lever unit with multiple programmable action buttons and switches, and a robust three-pedal set featuring an accelerator, clutch, and brake pedal with exponential pressure.

The Aerosoft Truck & Bus Wheel System is priced at €399.99 and is now available for purchase through the Aerosoft Shop. It will also be available on Amazon from November 21st. The system has been developed with fans of popular truck and bus driving simulators in mind, including American Truck Simulator, Euro Truck Simulator 2, and Truck & Logistics Simulator.

The steering wheel features a center-sprung design, multiple action buttons, a retarder lever, an indicator lever, and a large motor start button. The gear lever unit includes 14 programmable action buttons and a switch for H-shift/sequential modes. The pedals are large and feature realistic pressure dynamics. The system includes USB-A to USB-C cables for connectivity and metal clamps for secure mounting.

According to Winfried Diekmann, CEO of Aerosoft, the Aerosoft Truck & Bus Wheel System was designed to bridge the immersion gap for dedicated fans of truck and bus driving simulators, who have previously had to make do with smaller wheel systems designed for racing or car driving. With realistic force-feedback and a design that puts simulation enthusiasts at its core, Aerosoft hopes to set the standard for heavy vehicle simulation hardware for times to come.
